Fund manager and multi-manager sponsored MPF schemes top performance table for January
MPF Ratings’ January MPF Scheme Net Returns Summary is now available.
Key points of the report are as follows:
• Allianz and Invesco MPF schemes produced equal best monthly performance in January.
• Uniquely, January’s top 5 performing MPF schemes are sponsored by specialist fund managers or utilize a “best of breed” multi-manager investing approach.
• The MPF industry’s 12.1% rolling 3mth performance is the best since 2013.
• The MPF industry’s 16.9% rolling 1yr performance is the best in 3 years.
• MPF assets are at an all-time record $1.163 trillion, an increase of $23.414bn (or 2.1%) from the previous month, equating to an average MPF member account balance of $260,727 which is a monthly increase of $5,251.
