Sun Life Rainbow MPF Scheme named inaugural “Diamond Choice” winner as MPF’s best value scheme since system’s inception
The full winners’ list of the 2026 edition of “The MPF Awards” has now been published.
Key Highlights:
- Now in its 14th year, the 2026 edition of “The MPF Awards” is supported by major industry associations and hosted by MPF Ratings on behalf of the MPF industry.
- HSBC MPF – SuperTrust Plus was named “MPF Scheme of the Year”.

HSBC MPF – SuperTrust Plus Shines for 4th Consecutive Year
HSBC MPF – SuperTrust Plus has been named MPF’s “Scheme of the Year” for the fourth year in a row. The award was announced at the 2026 MPF Awards, now in its 14th year. Supported by major industry associations, the event was sponsored by S&P Dow Jones Indices and hosted by MPF Ratings, an independent provider of MPF research and education.
In announcing this year’s award winners, MPF Ratings Chairman, Francis Chung (叢川普), emphasized the significance of the accolades, including the “MPF Scheme of the Year”, as well as the publicly voted awards—the “Employers’ Choice” and “People’s Choice”. This year also marked the introduction of two new major categories: “Trustee of the Year” and “Diamond Choice”, the latter recognizing the best value MPF scheme since the system’s inception in 2000.
